Job Title :Lead Developer
Location: Deerfield IL
Duration: 6-12 Months
Qualification Required:Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training

Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Apply Capgemini OCM change management principles and tools to drive accelerated adoption of client initiatives
  • Provide thought leadership, oversight and QA for change management and learning activities
  • Build and develop stakeholder and client relationships
  • Plan and lead engagement activities such as workshops, learning labs, and focus groups
  • Lead/conduct standard OCM activities such as OCM planning, impact assessments, leadership alignment
  • Develop plans and mitigate risks and issues through communication, training or stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Lead/conduct learning efforts including strategy, design, plans, development and execution of learning programs
  • Leads teams of other OCM roles, Capgemini and client
  • Develops OCM resources for future leadership roles
  • Partners with PMO in the project planning and integration of change management activities into the overall project plan
  • Contribute to Capgemini OCM thought leadership

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience related to the delivery of change management programs with strong understanding of OCM methodology and tools
  • Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to understand organizational and cultural issues and challenges
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
  • Executive presence with ability to establish and maintain credibility with senior leaders
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Must be a good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with and through others on project and client teams
  • Bachelor’s or associated degree
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills – MPP, Excel, PPT, Visio

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of .NET experience. Candidates must be able to work largely independently to get as much done as possible in the short time frame.
