Gaynell (Mac) McPherson  – Vice President Operations and Business Development

Gaynell (Mac) McPherson has been appointed as Vice President Operations and Business Development for Infyshine Inc., USA. Mac will administer the company from California office.

Prior to joining Infyshine Inc., Mac held several positions that includes Positions held included Programmer/Analyst, Consultant, Database Design and Administration, Software Testing, and System Acceptance. Also during this period, Mac held several senior management positions as IT Director at major corporations such as Sylvania, Xerox, Fujitsu, Symantec, Oracle, and HP.

Mac has over 40+ years directing and managing diverse organizations, including Global Teams.
Out of 40 years overall experience 25+ of those years involved software design, development, and implementation in a variety of industries, such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Sales and Marketing, and Education.

In addition to management experience in the U.S., Mac has also been fortunate to experience managing and directing Global teams in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Mac is a Certified Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional, with a Masters Certificate from Villanova University.

A highlight of his professional career was as a senior consultant member of PROLIN, a Dutch company that developed, marketed, implemented, and supported an ITIL Service Management Solution. The PROLIN Service Management Solution was acquired by Hewlett-Packard, and was a key component basis for the current HP Service Desk and HP Service Center Solutions.

Gopi Kasi brings over 20 years of Leadership and posseses extensive knowledge of business-management principles and strategic planning.

He held Diverse roles in Sales , Operations, Service-delivery and Continues to hold high-esteem in growing by mentoring teams, and passionately focused on delighting customers.

He is responsible for leading and managing sales, business-development and increasing visibility in pre-existing and new markets. For propelling the company’s revenues, his business strategy is based around building a gen-next workforce and Customized solutions for improving the customer experience.
